Wednesday, March 24, 2010 RC&D ANNUAL MEETING The Black River - St. Lawrence RC&D Council will hold it's Annual Meeting on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at the Black River Valley Club located in downtown Watertown. The meeting is scheduled to being at 10:00 a.m. with a short business meeting followed by guest speaker Jon Montan from the Lewis County Planning Department. Lunch will be served and awards will be presented.
